Prim’s Café was born from a name that carries both meaning and legacy. Prim—the inspiration for the café—is the name of our founder Ashley’s daughter, derived from “the first given rose” and symbolizing the first born, the beginning of something beautiful. Just like its namesake, Prim’s Café represents a fresh start, a blooming idea, and a place where something nurturing takes root.

As a longtime restaurant owner and investor, Ashley has spent years juggling multiple roles, pouring into her businesses, and building teams that naturally evolved into family.
